looking back on my two decades as a jehovah’s witness, i’ve come to realize how the constant theme of endurance is playing a detrimental role on the individual's psyche.. jehovah’s witnesses have become far too good at keeping going.
they’re experts at surrendering to the demands of the watchtower, living up to what’s expected of them, and getting on with the priorities that those in power have defined and imposed upon them.
they keep showing up, presenting themselves a dutiful pioneer or ministerial servant.

Mozel Mack, haven't heard that name in awhile. He gave a talk a few years back in Centre AL to a packed house. People were trading out Talks of his recording on CD's. Many came from Birmingham and Atlanta USA, and I didn't realise how many "Fans" he had in certain parts of the South.

i prayed my heart out for two years, begging jehovah to clear a certain thing up that the elders and the organization had perpetuated.
this was supposed to be his spirit-led organization so getting things right in answer to possibly just one person's heartfelt prayers should be an easy task for the sovereign of the universe.

This subject hits close to home! Like others, I have prayed for the exact things you mentioned. I’m still in, hoping for something good to happen, and at the same time, living my life to the full!

The person in the video says a friend of hers In New York Bethel ( she didn’t name the facility, for fear of getting caught) is awake to the falsehoods put out by the Governing Body. In particular, Child Abuse coverups, squandering dedicated funds, and putting out to pasture many longtime Bethelites over 50.

on thing that really makes me angry and disgusted is when i think of the way in the past that the elders pressured me over and over again to have a meeting with them over a petty make out and petting incident.
they asked such instrusive, personal questions like, “did he touch your breast, for how long?
under or over your clothes?” i know that this happens to thousands of people, especially young women, and it’s just not right, it makes me so angry that i almost feel tempted to confront the elder who especially did this, when i see him at the convention in a few weeks and tell him what a sick person he is and how much trauma he caused me, manipulating me and pressuring me to answer such instrusive questions while he sat there and took notes!!
Those Elders are just following the Script provided to them at their Schools and Meetings with the CO.
